Judy, adopted and loving her fated mate Ethan, is cruelly dumped when he courts Erin, daughter of Alpha Gavin, to secure the pack leadership. Heartbroken, she nearly falls into Gavin's arms, but the aloof Alpha keeps his distance. Her adoptive father is jailed; Ethan demands she become his mistress; she refuses. Gavin reluctantly hires her as his son's tutor, and despite his cold reserve, an undeniable bond forms. Ethan schemes relentlessly, spreading rumors, sabotaging her scholarship, but Gavin dismantles every move. Driven mad with envy, Ethan kidnaps and drugs Judy on the full moon eve. Gavin tears through the pack to save her. That night, barriers shatter and love explodes. At the inauguration, Gavin exposes Ethan's crimes, strips his spirit wolf, and defies centuries of pack law to declare Judy his one and only Luna, chosen, not fated. Together, they stand against prejudice and walk into the future side by side.
