For three years, Edson has pretended to forget his girlfriend, Emma, just to make her chase him again. This time, he goes too far. At his family’s estate, Emma finds him with Molly—and the ring she thought was meant for her is on Molly’s finger. Emma walks away. Stranded in a storm, she meets Edward, the twin brother Edson kept secret from her. He looks exactly like her ex, but treats her with a kindness Edson never did. As Emma falls for Edward, Edson claims his memory has returned and begs her to come back. She sees through the lie. Then Emma discovers Edward is the stranger who helped her through her darkest night in London eight years ago. Edson thought forgetting her would make her stay. Instead, she chooses the man who remembered her.
